★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Há 1 ano que deixei um Martelo elétrico Dewalt para ser arranjado , depois de mais de 10x entre idas e voltas sempre atendido com atenção mas sem resolver o problema, na última visita fui atendido de forma grosseria pela proprietária, não pedi livro de reclamações por ter a certeza de que não retorno nem indico .
Ter paciência e educação aqui não leva a resolução .
Fiquem com o meu martelo e meu desagrado .
It's been 1 year since I left a Dewalt electric hammer to be fixed, after more than 10 times between trips and back, always attended to with attention but without solving the problem, on the last visit I was treated rudely by the owner, I didn't ask for a complaints book for having I'm sure I won't return or recommend.
Having patience and politeness here does not lead to resolution.
Take my hammer and my displeasure.
