★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não marece cinco só porque eu acho, não tenho a certeza se essa vista do prédio 'Lux Terrace' é garantida pois alguém pode se lembrar de fazer um prédio à frente prefiro a Lux garden em Faro embora não tenham todos os apartamentos uma grande vista é preferível por mais gente pois é mais luxuosa também é mais cara mas nos últimos andares há terraços privados com jacusis. Um verdadeiro luxo!
It doesn't make five just because I think, I'm not sure if this view of the 'Lux Terrace' building is guaranteed because someone can remember to build a building ahead I prefer the Lux garden in Faro although they don't have all the apartments, a great view is preferable by more people as it is more luxurious it is also more expensive but on the top floors there are private terraces with jacusis. A real luxury!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bonito empreendimento, contrução de qualidade, visitei um apartamento e fiquei encantado com a vista e com as áreas. Zona da piscina fantástica com vista sobre a Ria. Zona que certamente será a de melhor qualidade da cidade.
Beautiful development, quality construction, I visited an apartment and was delighted with the view and the areas. Fantastic pool area with views over the Ria. Area that will certainly be the best quality in the city.

Gerade der Pool und die Anlage sind sehr ungepflegt. Vom Verkäufer werden Visiten mit fremden Menschen am Pool durchgeführt. Wo bleibt da die Privatsphäre????
Reklamationen von Seiten des Eigentümers werden ignoriert.
1 star for the great view.
Especially the pool and the area are very neglected. The salesman makes visits with strangers by the pool. Where is the privacy?
Complaints from the owner are ignored.

Eu não concordo, alta qualidade tem outro significado para mim! Só o equipamento da cozinha são de qualidade. Muitos defeitos encontrados, quase nada resolvido! É realmente triste.
I am also very disappointed with the purchase of the house. At the time of sale I was told that the construction and finishes are of high quality. I do not agree, high quality has another meaning for me! Only the kitchen equipment is quality. Many defects found, almost nothing resolved! It's really sad.
