★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is truly a 5star stay at a 4star boutique hotel. I wanna thank - The trainee for checking us in, and being super professional on Sunday 7th Aug, the cleaning staff are excellent here beds and room cleaned daily! David, Bruno & Raphael you are exceptional Reception Managers. I got what I needed and location is amazing. I will be back to stay here again. Price was brilliant and excellent value too. - Judy W. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed on the 5th floor (top level) — the view was to die for! The room was spacious and very clean. Enough windows for fresh air and a safe for items I want secured! Area is near Pink St, Baixa, Barrio Alto. Pic is view from my window. Will book again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent location to night life and fabulous food. Boutique hotel with beautiful, modern hip decor. Black out blinds to keep out the street lights and noise. TIP: Overnight parking in TimeOut ramp and walk 2 blocks — 27 euro for overnight parking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel was clean, cute décor, and the staff was super helpful; However, I was shocked that no one has mentioned how LOUD it is. We were staying on the first floor on a Thursday and Friday night and the music from the downstairs "LIVERPOOL" bar/club was literally shaking our floor until closing and made sleeping nearly impossible. Again , the hotel itself is in a central location, well kept, and nice to look at and if you want to go out on the pink street it is perfect, but if you want some shut eye, I would pick a different place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel was absolutely amazing!!! They accommodated us at 4am and didn't charge us for the extra day since we were checking in so early. The staff was super nice, helpful, and friendly. The location is great! Across the street from Time Out Market and the Metro. It is at the end of a steep hill, which was annoying, but after a day you get used to it. The room itself was super cute and the shower was amazing! The hotel is near pink street which can get loud at night, but we just closed the doors to the balcony and were fine. If you are in Portugal, you will likely be awake at 2am anyway! I would absolutely stay here again! Love it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A hotel with a unique and original design. Very clean rooms with all you may need.
The rooms are on pink street, so you can hear music ? and crowd till 5 am on Saturday night. The windows are well sound proof though.
The only problem is that the bottle of water ? costs 2.5 ? if you use it.
