★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Costumo ir à Madeixa para recolher encomendas, pois para além de comercializarem produtos para cabelos e unhas, são também um ponto de recolha da DHL. As senhoras que me atendem são sempre simpáticas e prestativas. Hoje desloquei-me até lá, mas já tinham passado 5 minutos da hora do fecho. A senhora que estava a fechar a porta da loja viu-me à porta e a voltar para trás e perguntou-me se precisava de algo. Disse-lhe que vinha recolher umas encomendas, mas que não sabia que já estavam fechados. Rapidamente se prontificou a abrir novamente a loja só para me dar as encomendas. Empatia e simpatia caracterizam o pessoal desta loja. Impecável!
I usually go to Madeixa to collect orders, because in addition to selling hair and nail products, they are also a DHL collection point. The ladies who serve me are always friendly and helpful. Today I went there, but it was already 5 minutes past closing time. The lady who was closing the shop door saw me at the door and coming back and asked me if I needed anything. I told him I was coming to pick up some orders, but I didn't know they were already closed. He quickly offered to open the store again just to give me the orders. Empathy and sympathy characterize the staff of this store. Flawless!
