★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Óptica a evitar. Comprámos uns óculos progressivos e escolhemos aqueles que fossem fabricados com o melhor material. Cerca de 800€. Ao fim de 2 anos e 4 meses os óculos parecem ter gordura que se deve ao material do anti-embaciamento se estar a degradar. Reclamamos e esta desresponsabilizou-se. Feita reclamação no livro amarelo, esta óptica respondeu a asae sem dar conhecimento ao cliente.
Optics to avoid. We bought progressive glasses and chose those that were made with the best material. About 800 €. After 2 years and 4 months the glasses appear to have fat that is due to the anti-fogging material being degrading. We complained and she disclaims responsibility. Made complaint in the yellow book, this optics answered the asae without giving the customer knowledge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Escolhi os óculos de marca, paguei antes mesmo de ficar pronto, e ao retirar fico a espera ao balcão muito, muito tempo. Querem é vender depois já está a pessoa que morra de esperar no caixa para receber um item pago. Muita má gestão de tempo e poucos funcionários é mesmo lamentavel, não recomendo.
I chose the branded glasses, paid for them even before they were ready, and when I take them I'm waiting at the counter for a long, long time. They want to sell after the person is already dying waiting at the checkout to receive a paid item. A lot of bad time management and few employees is really regrettable, I don't recommend.
