Sabem muito bem o que estão a vender e na minha opinião isso é uma mais valia. Só sei dizer que saí de lá com três pares de sapatos, mas...também com uma mala! Entrei só para ver aquele espaço fantástico que alguém me recomendou. Parabéns à Manuel Alves pelo projeto. Sei que no Norte há muitas lojas e prometo visitar quando for ao Porto. A minha esposa mandou vir uns sapatos numa terça feira e lhe disseram que dentro de dois dias (quinta-feira) os mesmos chegariam. Sexta feira a minha mulher voltou a ligar e quem lhe atendeu fez-lhe mil perguntas como quem não fazia a mínima ideia do que se passava nem onde estariam os sapatos, mas lhe garantiram que chegaria até sábado, não chegaram. Voltou a ligar na segunda e pediram-lhe para aguardar. Na SEXTA FEIRA ligaram-lhe a dizer que os sapatos ja estavam na loja de Alfragide deste quarta feira e perguntaram-lhe porque não os tinha ido levantar (quando os mesmo iriam para a morada de casa), ao chegar a loja disseram-lhe que o número de contato tinha sido digitado de forma errada mas que o dep. Informatico não se tinha apercebido. A minha esposa na loja fez uma reclamação de 4 paginas. UMA VERGONHA. AQUI NUNCA MAIS. PÉSSIMO SERVIÇO. On Friday my wife called again and whoever answered her asked her a thousand questions like who had no idea what was going on or where the shoes were, but they assured her that she would arrive by Saturday, they didn't. Called again on Monday and was asked to hold. On FRIDAY they called him to say that the shoes were already at the Alfragide store this Wednesday and asked him why he hadn't gone to pick them up (when they would go to his home address), when he arrived at the store they told him that the contact number had been entered wrongly but the dep. Informatico hadn't noticed. My wife at the store made a 4 page claim. A SHAME. HERE NEVER AGAIN. TERRIBLE SERVICE.
