★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Neste momento,estou a tentar ligar e continuam sem atender o telefone, é inadmissível estar desde ontem a fazer telefonemas consecutivos e ninguém atende.a única pessoa foi na sede no porto,onde a informação que pretendo só em Lisboa,expliquei e a pessoa fez a transferência de chamada para Lisboa onde desliguei eu o telefonema ,pois já ia a mais de 12 min de espera ... sinceramente muito a desejar esta seguradora a nível de atendimento ao cliente.....
At this moment, I am trying to call and still do not answer the phone, it is unacceptable to be making consecutive phone calls since yesterday and nobody answers.The only person was at the headquarters in Porto, where the information I want only in Lisbon, I explained and the person did call transfer to Lisbon where I hung up the phone, because I was over 12 min wait ... honestly lot to be desired this insurance customer service level .....
