★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Há 1 mes que comecei as sessões com a Sara, e tem sido de ajuda incrível.
Quando cheguei nas suas mãos eu tava tudo rigido e com dores no pescoço, nas costas, no femoral, no gluteo, na lumbar e na vida haha e desde a primeira sessão ja senti melhorias.
Eu trabalho todo día sentado e faço treinos no ginasio, fui diagnosticado com hernia L4/L5 e as terapias tem ajudado no meu dia a dia e na minha volta ao ginasio.
Achei muito profesional (e divertido) o pessoal.
Recomendo 100%, vai lá.
 It's been 1 month since I started sessions with Sara, and she's been an incredible help.
When I arrived in your hands I was all stiff and with pain in the neck, back, femoral, gluteus, lumbar and life haha and since the first session I have already felt improvements.
I work all day sitting down and do training in the gym, I was diagnosed with L4/L5 hernia and the therapies have helped in my day to day and in my return to the gym.
I found the staff very professional (and fun).
I recommend 100%, go there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3박 4일간의 포르투 일정 속에서 서핑한 후에 마사지를 받았습니다. 목, 어깨가 많이 결려있고 무릎이 좋지 않아서 스포츠 마사지를 받았습니다. Sara에게 받았는데 제 서툴한 영어에도 친절하게 진짜 진짜 너무 친절해서 거기에 한 번 감동 받고, 진짜로 제가 유럽에서 받아 본 마사지 중에 최고였어요!!! 독일에서 유학하고 있는데 독일인들의 마사지는… 흠… 독일 대비 마사지 가격도 착한데 게다가 개인적으로 마사지 강도도 좋았고 그냥 아주 다 좋았습니다~~~ 여기 보니까 골프장도 같이 있어서 골프하고 나서 마사지 받기 짱 좋을 것 같은데 평점이 높은 만큼 원하는 날짜에 예약하기 쉽지 않을 수 있어요. 예약은 인스타에서 원하는 요일&시간 보고 하시면 됩니다!! 한국인 최초의 리뷰라면 영광이지 않을까요??ㅎㅎ
여기 직원분들이 바뀌지 않는다면 얼마나 자주올진 모르겠지만 포르투 여행 때마다 여기서 최소 1~2번 정도 마사지 받을 예정입니다!! 마사지가 그리워서 포르투에 올 수도 있을 것 같아요!! 이 실력에 이 가격 찾기 쉽지 않을 것 같아요~ (입소문 나서 가격이 많이 오르진 않았으면 좋겠네요) Sara!! Obrigada??
After surfing in Porto for 4 days 3 nights, I got a massage. I got a sports massage because my neck and shoulders are very stiff and my knees are bad. I got it from Sara, and she was kind to me even with my poor English. She was really, really, really, so kind. I was impressed by it, and it was really the best massage I've ever had in Europe!!! I'm studying in Germany, but German massage... Hmm… Compared to Germany, the massage price is good, but personally, the intensity of the massage was good, and it was just very good~~~ I think it would be great to get a massage after playing golf because there is a golf course here too, but it may not be easy to make a reservation on the date you want because of the high ratings. You can make a reservation by reporting the desired day & time on Instagram!! Wouldn't it be an honor to be the first Korean reviewer??
I don't know how often I come here if the staff doesn't change, but I plan to get a massage here at least 1-2 times every time I travel to Porto!! I think I might come to Porto because I miss the massage!! I don't think it will be easy to find this price with this skill~ (I hope the price doesn't go up a lot because of word of mouth) Sara!! Ao ler as críticas decidi tentar, quase com a certeza que seria apenas mais uma tentativa frustrada para me ajudar nas dores da minha perna originadas por bursites, tendinites e muito mais, fruto de um problema na anca. A cervical também precisava de uma ajuda séria. Após 4 sessões consigo andar sem mancar e sem dores. Agora sinto também um grande alívio com o início do tratamento à cervical. A Marta garante aplicar numa sessão as melhores técnicas de tratamento não se focando apenas na massagem. O seu conhecimento é vasto e aliado à honestidade, simplicidade, simpatia e profissionalismo ficamos rendidos ao seu acompanhamento. Muito Obrigado.
I met Marta almost by chance and in a search for shiatsu in Gaia. Upon reading the reviews I decided to give it a try, almost certainly it would be just another failed attempt to help me with my leg pain caused by bursitis, tendinitis and much more, as a result of a hip problem. The cervical also needed some serious help. After 4 sessions I can walk without a limp and without pain. Now I also feel great relief with the start of cervical treatment. Marta guarantees to apply the best treatment techniques in a session, not focusing only on massage. His knowledge is vast and combined with honesty, simplicity, friendliness and professionalism, we are surrendered to his accompaniment. Thank you.
