★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Takes a bit of a walk to get to if you are walking from the city centre, but the interior of the store is beautiful and all the merchandise is presented nicely. That being said, the staff were helpful enough but the friendliness completely disappeared once I told them I was there for an exchange. They completed the transaction without any issues and promptly, but the 180 change in attitude was a little disappointing.

They opens on Sunday as well.
I really like this Massimo Dutti as its decoration and atmosphere are both make people who shop there the best feeling and comfortable.
Only the staff inside the stores aren’t really friendly when we were there.
