C	Cláudia Kalkbrenner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's probably the last time I'll even bother going to Prada Lisbon Store... staff is so poorly trained for a luxury designer store, they don't know the items and it's so bad to the point that they will show you the wrong item and try and pass it for the one you were looking for. Very short on availability also, so do yourself a favour and just buy online.

Amazing service, the people are extremely nice and a attentive to help you find the best fit and match for your preferences. The store itself has a very luxurious and clean environment and a lot of products in display that are ready to be tried on. Don't expect to leave the store without spending at least three figures (in Euros) unless you're just looking! Definitely a great place to get a nice gift for you or a loved one. I believe you must use the North door to get in, I tried to enter through the South door and I couldn't open it. I didn't risk trying my luck with the North entrance, I just stood there and one of the staff members opened the door for me ?

Liberdade 206 \| Prada Miuccia Prada, original name Maria Bianchi, (born May 10, 1949, Milan, Italy), Italian fashion designer best known as the head designer at the Prada fashion house. She is renowned for utilizing minimalist designs to achieve a traditional style with modern influence. Very luxurious and expensive brand, not for every day for sure. But if you work hard, you deserve to treat yourself, at least on holidays (or ask for a present from beloved one).

And once you go in , you dont feel like you are in Lisbon , you feel you are in Italy in a Prada Store . The Marble colums , the stained glass windows and the : Without any doubt the best Choice the company could have made for the Brand . You will find Prada Men and Women in 2 separated Section / 2 Separated entrys , with the most Iconic pieces from each current seaison, perfumes - regular and the private selection - and lether goods. Look for a bigger range of leather goods and the actual ReNylon pieces in the Uomo ( Men ) Section . It doesnt matter who you are and where you are from . You will get a warm and respectfull welcome , a Team thats really unique and up 2 date . Anytime i needed help or had questions i got what i wanted . If ist wasnt avaliable at the moment in the Lisbon Store , the Team made it avaliable as soon as possible . You dont will find anything from MIU MIU , so just PRADA .Overall : The Building and the Team are TOP . I know some other PRADA Stores in Europe ( not much ) but this one : i lost my heart . So if you can , and if you walk buy , please take 1 Min and take a closer look to the Building . Even if you dont dare to walk inside the Store a quick stop to apriciate the Building cant be wrong .

He gave us a very welcoming feeling without being pushy. It was that I did not find an item to my liking, otherwise I would have made a purchase because he was a very pleasant guy to talk to! Also the shop was very beautiful. Very Prada

The customer service here is outstanding, even though they were not on the shelves, Ines still went to check the stock. She offered useful alternatives and was so lovely, genuine and down to earth. Often, when you walk into Prada, Chanel, Gucci etc the staff are extremely pretentious and rude. But Ines did her best to get us what we needed and checked the stock in international stores. Would definitely go back here and I recommend.
