Perguntei quantos tempo demorava a vir e so sabem dizer que so tem noutra loja e nem sabem dizer onde fica essa loja. Sempre fui cliente e nunca tinha sido tao mal tratado. Se nao querem vender que fechem a loja.se eu fosse policia ja tinha o produto à minha espera. Eu tenho de me deslocar para vir a esta loja e nem assim facilitam o cliente. O mais engracado é que eles tem o produto. There is another store but they do not facilitate the customer. I asked how long it took to come and they only know how to say that they only have it in another store and they don't even know where that store is. I was always a client and I had never been treated so badly. If they don't want to sell, close the store. If I were a policeman I already had the product waiting for me. I have to travel to come to this store and not even facilitate the customer. The funny thing is that they have the product.

Passada uma semana, devolveram as botas mal cozidas, "aldrabadas", informando-me que me davam 2 anos de garantia das costuras. quando alei prevê 2 anos de garantia para qualquer produto. Posso concluir que estou na presença de pessoas "menos honestas". # saliento que não faço serviço operacional, e as botas não têm uso nem aspeto de desgaste nenhum.
