★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É mais uma loja de telecomunicações, não se espera muito pelo atendimento 4 funcionários, o que já não é mau, pena domingos e feriados fechada, sábado só até às 13h.
 It's just another telecommunications store, you don't expect much for 4 employees, which isn't bad anymore, it's a pity it's closed on Sundays and holidays, Saturdays only until 1pm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A funcionária que me atendeu, esclareceu as minhas questões de forma eficiente. E também foi bastante rápida, mas o modo como falou comigo foi demasiado íntimo/informal. Tendo utilizado uma expressão um tanto inconveniente. Como se tivéssemos estabelecido uma relação de "coleguismo". Apesar de não ter transparecido, eu não gostei. Não causa uma boa impressão.
Achei incorreto visto que, não lhe dei abertura para tal. É algo que deve ser tido em atenção, o modo de tratamento/abordagem ao cliente.
Temos que saber nos adequar aos diferentes ambientes/contextos e há certo tipo de postura que não devemos assumir quando estamos a falar com alguém que nos é desconhecido e com o qual não estabelecemos nenhuma afinidade. Não é condizente, é deselegante.
Sempre trabalhei com pessoas bastante profissionais e muito exigentes nesse sentido. Há que manter um certo distanciamento, saber diferenciar as funções/papéis que cada um desempenha.
Seriedade no trabalho, é fundamental.
A imagem que transmitimos ao cliente, é de suma importância. Assim como o aspecto da comunicabilidade, é igualmente relevante. Também fui interrompida por diversas vezes, ao expôr a minha situação.
Só demonstra que a pessoa não escuta com atenção, quer ter o domínio da conversa e que os seus argumentos prevaleçam.
Há que melhorar alguns aspectos.
The employee who attended me clarified my questions efficiently. And it was also quite quick, but the way he spoke to me was too intimate/informal. Having used a rather inconvenient expression. As if we had established a "collegiate" relationship. Even though it didn't show up, I didn't like it. It doesn't make a good impression.
I thought it was incorrect since I didn't give you an opening for that. It is something that must be taken into account, the way of treatment/approach to the client.
We have to know how to adapt to different environments/contexts and there is a certain type of posture that we should not assume when we are talking to someone who is unknown to us and with whom we do not establish any affinity. It's not befitting, it's inelegant.
I have always worked with very professional and very demanding people in this regard. It is necessary to maintain a certain distance, to know how to differentiate the functions/roles that each one performs.
Seriousness at work is essential.
The image we convey to the client is of paramount importance. As well as the aspect of communicability, it is equally relevant. I was also interrupted several times, when exposing my situation.
It only shows that the person does not listen carefully, wants to dominate the conversation and that their arguments prevail.
Some aspects need to be improved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store seems to be understaffed. I went at 6:30pm and only there were only 2 employees out of 4 or 5 as per the number of booths. And even though the wait was kind of long the service was great. The personnel was amicable and helped me solve my problem swiftly.
