★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I totally recommend to stay at Milestone Carcavelos. The first advantage is that is inside the campus so you do not stress with transportation problems, the rooms are new and spacious and the manager is a very nice person.

Most importantly, the staff is easily accessible, knowledgeable and very helpful. I recommend milestone living to anyone interested in this option. I want to thank Hugo and his staff for their above average service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice building in a good location close to the university and beach. However, kitchens are often dirty. The price is too high for the service they provide. It doesn't matter the payment plan you choose, they are going to send you the invoices whenever they want.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Living at Milestone Carcavelos Nova together with other students was a nice experience, however the management and communication is highly unprofessional. Although otherwise agreed in the contract, I did not get my deposit back despite multiple requests. In addition, the invoices are not sent on time, and when they are sent, the management demands immediate payment. Therefore, I cannot recommend staying at Milestone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I lived at Milestone for a year. The room was fine, but the kitchen and common areas were dirty. In addition, it was often very noisy in the entire building.
Moreover, communication with the staff was very poor. After several requests for the deposit and the promise of repayment over months, I still have not received my deposit.
Therefore, I cannot recommend Milestone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Student dormitory with a pleasant atmosphere that's conveniently located if you're studying at Nova SBE. Moreover, it is within walking distance from the beach.
Lastly, the staff that were present during my stay were always friendly.
