I am from Argentina, I have an account there and I cannot contact myself to find out what happened or locate the person who was in charge of the movement; the bank does not give the information totally leaves much to be desired

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'organisation de cette agence est désastreuse et le directeur malhonnête. Ils ont mis en place un système de numérotation pour organiser la prise en charge des clients et s'autorisent des passes droits avec les amis. J'ai attendu 45 mns pour un retrait et je me suis fait passer devant 2 fois !!!! Inadmissible de voir ce type d'attitude dans une banque
The organization of this agency is disastrous and the director dishonest. They set up a numbering system to organize customer care and allow for straight passes with friends. I waited 45 minutes for a withdrawal and I passed myself 2 times !!!! Inadmissible to see this type of attitude in a bank

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Talvez eu não tenha dado sorte porém o Banco não atendeu as minhas espectativas como também não possui uma grande quantidade de agências fora de Portugal o que torna difícil solucionar algum tipo de problema caso venha ocorrer !
Maybe I was unlucky but the Bank did not meet my expectations as it does not have a large number of branches outside Portugal which makes it difficult to solve any type of problem if it occurs!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lamentável que as máquinas para depósito hoje estarem em manutenção, sem existir uma alternativa para contornar esta situação.
Dirigi-me á porta do banco onde existia as 16:20 operários dentro das instalações e segurança, ao qual foi negado o serviço ao cliente.
Mais uma vez acrescentando que pelo facto das máquinas estarem em manutenção/substituição por novas deviam ter permanecido abertos por período alargado para garantir os serviços mínimos ao cliente.
It is regrettable that deposit machines are currently undergoing maintenance, without an alternative to overcome this situation.
I walked to the door of the bank where there were at 4:20 pm workers inside the premises and security, who were denied customer service.
Once again adding that due to the fact that the machines are undergoing maintenance/replacement with new ones, they should have remained open for an extended period to guarantee minimum services to the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some staff from Loule Branch, present themselves as a boss not a service provider. Their counselling way is not good because they decided what things come in brain without studying transaction of account holder. For example, counselling loan, they talked as thinking themselves, suppose giving money from their own pocket. I don't mean, company's economy can be mishandled. I respect the service either smaller bigger, beneficial or non-beneficial but must be civilized.
Another thing, let's learn from previous mistake and let's new start from new day. Don't go back to the yesterday. Today could bring many more changes and realizations...
Hat off to some service provider because they looked beautiful and handsome from both side Inner brain and outer behavior. I have talked with other people about some beautiful and handsome staff.
For good things, I talk with other people, for non-human behavior, talk to Bank, it's page or speaking in phone. Obrigadissimo
