★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Três balcões para atendimento mas muito demorado. Espera de mais de uma hora e meia para ser atendido com senha. Dois guichês automáticos sendo que apenas um habilitado a depósitos. Muito lento mesmo.
Three counters for service but very time consuming. It takes more than an hour and a half to be answered with a password. Two automatic counters and only one deposit-enabled. Very slow indeed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Caixas automáticas não aceitem depósitos em numerário + pessoal lento e em numero não suficiente no “balcão” = mais de 45 minutos de espera para fazer um simples depósito.
Não é o que chamo o banco “moderno” ?
Automated teller machines do not accept cash deposits + slow staff and not enough cash at the counter = more than 45 minutes of waiting to make a simple deposit.
Not what I call the “modern” bank ?

Agency with few employees and a lot of delay. I've had more than 2 and a half hours to be seen. That's because several people who were in front of me have already given up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This branch makes MilleniumBCP look extremely bad ! I opened an account with them 3 years ago and to this very day "04/11/2021" I am still unable to have them send me a debit card ! Seriosuly Millenium ! it's a debit card !.
Such terrible service should not be permited in 2021 banking. This branch needs a serious audit of operations and complaints not yet resolved.
