★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The "Miradouro da Ponta da Piedade" surrounds an impressive coastal landscape with a multitude of rock formations that have been formed over centuries by wind and water. These can be viewed via a staircase that leads down to the water. Pay attention to the tides. The best thing to do is to borrow a canoe or take a small boat trip to see the stone grottoes from the inside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I guess, everyone goes here to make some spectacular pictures, and rightly so ;-) Some of the views are really breathtaking and give a very good impression of the power of wind and water forming a landscape. Definitely worth visiting and spending time there to climb around, trying to find every interesting view.
