A ribeira do Carvoeiro possui ao longo do seu percurso alguns locais de rara beleza, um deles é o Pego Negro do Cabril, em Vale da Mua, que consiste numa falha geológica onde se pode observar uma pequena cascata que desagua numa lagoa.
No verão é possível alguns frequentadores do local a saltar do alto do rochedo para a água.
Além das atividades referidas, a zona é também propícia a boas caminhadas aproveitando o ar puro e paisagens circundantes.
Deste ponto de visão, o viajante pode observar as ruinas do antigo moinho do Cabril.
O caminho que se percorre, era o antigo trilho do moleiro.

The Ribeira do Carvoeiro has along its course some places of rare beauty, one of them is the Pego Negro do Cabril, in Vale da Mua, which consists of a geological fault where you can observe a small waterfall that flows into a pond.
In the summer it is possible for some of the locals to jump from the top of the rock into the water.
Besides the activities mentioned, the area is also propitious for good walks taking advantage of the fresh air and surrounding landscapes.
From this viewpoint, the traveler can observe the ruins of the old mill of Cabril.
The path that you walk along was the old miller's trail.
