★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Miranda do Douro, la ciudad se divide en dos, por un lado tenemos el Casco antiguo, donde podemos visitar la Catedral, ver parte del Castillo, recorrer sus calles empedradas y en la plaza nos encontramos con una escultura del hombre y mujer mirandeses. Hacia el otro lado, nos encontramos con la parte nueva de la ciudad, donde predominan los hoteles, los comercios que se caracterizan por la venta de toallas, sábanas, repasadores y souvenirs, siendo el Gallo de Portugal el más conocido. También es la zona de restaurantes para disfrutar de los platos típicos del lugar.
Miranda do Douro, the city is divided into two, on the one hand we have the old town, where we can visit the Cathedral, see part of the Castle, walk its cobblestone streets and in the square we find a sculpture of the man and woman from Miranda. Towards the other side, we find the new part of the city, where hotels predominate, shops that are characterized by the sale of towels, sheets, towels and souvenirs, being the Gallo of Portugal the best known. It is also the area of restaurants to enjoy the typical dishes of the place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una pena con el esplendor que tuvo en los 90, donde las tiendas tenían cosas novedosas, toallas, chándals, deportivas, colchas, cacahuetes.... Etc, ahora ya se va a comer y poco más, pero buenos recuerdos de infancia. Y sitio bonito con unas vistas desde lo alto al Rio Duero preciosas y salida de cruceros por el mismo.
