Ce n'est jamais très facile d'être dans l'obligation de mettre un être cher dans un "LAR", c'est le lot des enfants des immigrants.
An extraordinary welcome, Marta the Social Worker, was truly magnificent. The welcome from the very kind and smiling staff.
It is never very easy to be forced to put a loved one in a "LAR", it is the lot of the children of immigrants.
