La comunicación era ineficaz, estuvimos más de dos horas esperando sin que nos contestara, perdidos por el barrio con las maletas. Nos dijo que al día siguiente podíamos ir que lo tendría óptimo. Nos dio las claves fuimos y nuestra sorpresa fue que cuando abrimos la puerta había una pertenencias de una familia dentro. Nos fuimos inmediatamente y nos llamó para decir que la familia se iba ya, que les quedaba acabar de comer. Finalmente conseguimos cancelar y ubicarnos en otro sitio. 3 días en Oporto y este apartamento nos ha estropeado uno entero. Lo peor de todo la mala comunicación, nunca contestaba, no estaba pendiente y no sabe lo difícil que es para alguien estar en otro país con las maletas en un lugar que no conoce. Su comunicación mejoro cuando conseguimos cancelar y recuperar el dinero para insultarme vía WhatsApp. No reservéis, os hará pasar malos ratos como los que hemos sufrido nosotros. The day we arrived the apartment had an inconvenience with the drains and the owner accommodated us in another place. The communication was ineffective, we were waiting for more than two hours without answering us, lost in the neighborhood with suitcases. He told us that the next day we could go that it would be optimal. He gave us the keys we went to and our surprise was that when we opened the door there was a belongings of a family inside. We left immediately and he called us to say that the family was leaving, that they had to finish eating. Finally we managed to cancel and locate ourselves in another place. 3 days in Porto and this apartment has spoiled us an entire one. Worst of all, the bad communication, never answered, was not pending and does not know how difficult it is for someone to be in another country with suitcases in a place that does not know. Your communication improved when we managed to cancel and recover the money to insult me via WhatsApp. Do not reserve, it will make you spend bad times like the ones we have suffered.

After lot of calls, the host told us to wait, there was a problem in the apartment. We waited, and after some hours she send us to another place she reserved for us for 1 night. Next day, we called again. At noon should be the apartment ready. It wasn't. We got the door key and when we entered into the apartment, we found belongings from other people there. We got out and called the host again. She told us to leave our belongings there and wait until late in the afternoon, when the other guests had finished lunch and the apartment should have been cleaned. Of course we called Airbnb and cancelled the reservation. At last we got another place, and some not kindly words from the host. Never again. I have proof of all communications with host and Airbnb
