★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked the court at 9am, arrived 10 minutes before. Lady at the reception says that our court 11 is probably not available, because of the rain. "Please check yourself", she said. Went to check it out, extremely rude maintenance guy, said that the court is only available later at the day.
Went back to the reception and asked if there is an alternative, since I traveled especially to their club to play tennis and I didn't received any cancellation from their side. Reception lady said there is no alternative, and an completely unnecessary comment; "as you know Sir, it's has been raining"...
This Club has all my details, so they could have informed their customer per telephone or email about the condition of the reserved court, yet it's the clients fault.
Opening Hours on the AirCourts App says this Club opens at 8am, my booking was at 9am... The reception lady arrived 10 minutes before 9am, "so their was no time to advice me"...
Besides that I'm confused about the openings hours, is it 8am or 9am?!, I'm actually much more concerned about the way the staff of this Club treats their clients. I was always convinced that on the end of the day a (when educated, polite and respectful) client pays their salary... Probably I'm mistaken.
Conclusion; this Tennis Club is beautifully located in the middle of the woods, the courts themselves are good quality, has huge potential to be one of the best their is, but the service... A no go to me...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have the biggest potential in the whole city yet... Under achieves by a big margin. The bar catering to the players doesn't even have 1.5L water bottles, the most basic item! The roofed courts have chronic problems in the service line since more than a decade... They could be so much better....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked for one hour on aircourts. 10min before we finished maintenance guy ran on the court and says bookings are only 50min.
Nothing wrong with that but just the way he went about it and how incredibly rude he was to us I was quite shocked.
Then at reception, the lady charged me 10 euros when the booking said 5 euros. She referred to the printed price list but really they should make sure the price on the booking is correct.
Just the attitude of the staff makes me not wanna come back here, there are much better options.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a buzzing place in a very calm part of Monsanto. There are clay, hard and indoor courts, plus a cafe to enjoy a drink afterwards. The best is that it's easy to book via the AirCourts app and the prices are fair too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very welcoming - we played twice a week while on holiday. A selection of hard/clay courts both under cover and outdoor. Coffee shop (closed on monday) and a restaurant. Helpful staff.
