★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been to both locations. Most recent experience a couple of weeks ago - had appointment to color my lashes/brows + pedicure. Salon messaged to confirm this the day before. Once there, the girl spoke no English, started with coloring my brows. When done, I asked about my lashes - she looked surprised, left and came back 10 min later, telling me she didn’t have time for that (literally, the time she was away is the time it would’ve taken to color my lashes). Then had to wait for 25 minutes for the pedicure to start, really nice girl (who spoke English) and result. Then they charged me double the prize I had been quoted for the brows, still not having received the service I booked! 2 stars is ONLY for the pedicure, which is the best in Lisbon (otherwise, I’d never return).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been there twice. The first time it was not pleasant and it cost me more than advertised. I went there a second time because I wanted to give them a chance. It was worse the second time around. It was painful and the person who took care of me literally mutilated my fingers. She cut me in the expensive and put some raw alcohol on me without apologizing for the pain I could feel. Also, I got an infection on one of my fingers and I can't put pressure on it. in addition I spent 2h30 there for a really average result. The finishes are poorly done I do not recommend. I don't like to write negative comments, but it's legitimate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best manicure I’ve ever had! The nail tech I had was Nadya. She made sure every nail was perfect. She’s very kind as well and make sure you’re comfortable. I really loved her work and recommend requesting her.
Warning - manicure and pedicure take longer than the expected time. But it makes sense because the works is perfect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The haircut was ok, but they don’t accept card payments which is very inconvenient. When I tried to give feedback to the hairdresser Olga about how I would like my hair to be cut, she responded „I have cut hair for many years, don’t make an idiot out of me“. Not very polite. This is the first place I have been to where they try to cut long woman hair with an electric machine!! Would not come back again

They do not do design or extensions, therefore the amount of money you have to pay for simply manicure with gel is completely overpriced when there are so many places you can do them for cheaper. The first time I went there the lady was super nice and we had a great chat and she did my nails pretty well. But the last time I went there, the lady doing my nails was extremely rude to me and had a super bad vibe to her, and in addition, she did not even do a good job with my nails. Made me not want to go back to the salon, regardless of all the other positive aspects about it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was hands down (pun intended) the best manicure I ever received. Olga took so much time ans put in so much effort - the result is fantastic. The atmosphere in the salon is super nice and the team wants to make you feel welcome. I got an appointment via Instagram in one day and did not have to wait in the salon. The whole experience was a 10/10

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was really bummed by my appointments, so much went wrong.
- Issues with confirmation over text, I think they were confused/unorganised.
- Mani-pedi seemed good, 3 hours long, few cuts and painful moments especially from the electric tools- a few nails were bloody.
- Next day my nails began to peel off, bubbles under the gel.
- They rebooked me, said it would only take a maximum of 30 minutes to fix as I was stuck for time.
- No money off- alright.. but no one even said sorry for their mistake and were just rude..
- It took an hour and a half to fix, intense heat spikes from UV lamp, I would guess because they filed to deep to get off the previously polish, never had my nails hurt a few days after a mani.
- A week later they've began peeling again.
- For 67 euro, 4 and 1/2 hours, rude staff (not all of them) and painful treatments that don't last I'd definitely recommend finding a place that didn't have so many reviews like this one.
