R	Rita Esteves on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 24/08/2021 O sítio em si é bonito e bem localizado, porém ao entrarmos fomos super mal atendidos por um segurança do local. Para além de estar a olhar para nós como se fôssemos abaixo de cães, falou super mal, tudo porque não íamos para comer mas sim apenas para beber um copo. O segurança disse que “isto não é nenhuma discoteca, não quero ver ninguém a abanar a cabeça e só podem beber sentados, se houver cadeiras para vocês. Não podem ir a casa de banho para não incomodarem os clientes que estão de facto a jantar “. Quero adicionar também que nesse mesmo dia contactamos o restaurante para saber se era possível apenas ir beber um copo e se era necessário reservar mesa, esta foi simpática e disse que poderíamos vir sem reserva que não haveria problema. Quero reforçar que éramos 5 raparigas com idade o suficiente para não sermos tratadas como umas “miúdas” como este segurança de meia idade mal educado nos tratou. Lá dentro a música foi boa, e os restantes empregados foram todos bem educados, contudo, foi totalmente o oposto do que o primeiro segurança falou, as pessoas estavam todas sem máscara a dançar sem cumprir regras de distanciamento como se fosse um festival. O segurança da entrada claramente deveria ser despedido. 08/24/2021 The place itself is beautiful and well located, but when we entered we were super poorly attended by a security guard. In addition to looking at us as if we were below dogs, he spoke very badly, all because we weren't going to eat but just to have a drink. The security guard said that “this is no disco, I don't want to see anyone shaking their head and you can only drink sitting down if there are chairs for you. They cannot go to the bathroom so as not to disturb the customers who are actually having dinner”. I would also like to add that on the same day we contacted the restaurant to find out if it was possible to just go for a drink and if it was necessary to reserve a table, she was friendly and said that we could come without a reservation and there would be no problem. I want to reinforce that we were 5 girls old enough not to be treated like “girls” like this rude middle-aged security guard treated us. Inside, the music was good, and the other employees were all very polite, however, it was the complete opposite of what the first security guard said, people were all without a mask, dancing without complying with distancing rules as if it were a festival. The security at the entrance should clearly be fired.

Durante a viagem foram-nos sugeridas diversas especialidades que o menú apresenta. Por acaso seguimos algumas das recomendadas e outras que não pude resistir…as ostras. Os pratos com um nível de apresentação que se enquadra ao nível do restaurante. O serviço prestado pelos funcionários, mais propriamente a moça da entrada que não sei o nome, a Beatriz e do João Vaz foi talvez dos melhores que tive em toda a minha experiência enquanto cliente. A apresentação, o perfeccionismo e a atenção perante o cliente representa na minha escala 60% da avaliação dos espaços que frequento. A ligação com o cliente é muito importante. Nota100. 30% deixo para o fator qualidade do produto final, desde a confecção à apresentação os pratos apresentam nota 100. 10% apenas para o ambiente. No meu ponto de vista, o espaço é bastante agradável, propício a um fim de tarde e de noite para quem se quer divertir. A decoração foi pensada em todos os pormenores. Ps: Mantenham a Vitallis engarrafada, não optem pelas águas filtradas… Well… as soon as we arrived we were approached by a girl, who accompanied us to our table. During the trip, several specialties that the menu offers were suggested to us. By chance we followed some of the recommended ones and others I couldn't resist…the oysters. Dishes with a level of presentation that matches the level of the restaurant. The service provided by the employees, specifically the girl at the entrance who I don't know her name, Beatriz and João Vaz, was perhaps the best I've had in my entire experience as a customer. Presentation, perfectionism and attention to the client represent 60% of the evaluation of the spaces I frequent in my scale. The connection with the customer is very important. Note100. I leave 30% for the quality factor of the final product, from preparation to presentation, the dishes have a score of 100. 10% only for the environment. From my point of view, the space is quite pleasant, suitable for a late afternoon and evening for those who want to have fun. The decoration has been thought of in every detail. Ps: Keep Vitallis bottled, don't opt for filtered water…

A	Aisling Power on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the WORST restaurant I have ever been to from food, drinks and atmosphere. And to make matters worse the bathrooms are disgusting with no soap. Definately not COVID safe. Avoid.

Sweaty and hot inside. Got even better as they told me i had to be happy to even get a seat at their ‘’establishment ‘’ ! Even one of the chairs was broken. Once we started ordering food, limited availability, no wagyu. Half of the place was empty?! , left unsatisfied without any apology. Only plus was the free botlle of water. Much better places around for half the money.
