Escolhi este motel porque vou casar e passaríamos aí a noite de núpcias.
Qual não foi o nosso espanto quando hoje de manhã nos ligam a dizer que o quarto que havíamos reservado já estava ocupado porque a pessoa que o alugou tinha pago na hora.
Se nos tivessem dito que teríamos de pagar aquando da reserva teriamo - lo feito como é evidente.
Muito má gestão e pouco profissionalismo.
Se é assim que tentam cativar os clientes não conhecem de todo as regras de bem servir.
Além disso faço questão de não recomendar este espaço a ninguém conhecido, pois não se casa todos os dias e eu fiquei mesmo muito zangada.
Além disso farei uma reclamação por escrito no livro de reclamações on-line.

Dryer not working, making makeup impossible as there is no light in the bathroom and bedroom. The only light is the decoration on the walls. It's expensive and nothing special.
