Ontem não dava para encher nem a banheira, muito muito frio no quarto de modo que fiquei com gripe. Depois de ligar a reclamar para a recepção a resposta que me deram foi, não dá para fazer nada! Faltavam lampedas nos candeeiros dos quartos. Enfim! Uma desilusão e desperdicio de dinheiro. It has been there a lot of times and one of the times the jacuzzi didn't work out well! We just filled the bathtub. Yesterday I couldn't even fill the bathtub, very cold in the room so I got the flu. After calling to complain to the reception, the answer they gave me was, you can't do anything! There were no lamps on the bedroom lamps. Anyway! A disappointment and a waste of money.

J’arrive, quelle chambre voulez vous ils demandent ? j’en prend une en pensant faire le bon choix, manque de chance mauvais choix… j’appelle direct la réception sans ne rien toucher (sauf le tel) réponse: l’hôtel est plein il n’y a plus de chambres, prenez moi pour un con aussi ! Rempli en 5 min… nous gardons donc la chambre « agua », petite avec une baignoire d’angle de chez bricodepot en guise de jacuzzi et même pas un fauteuil !… bref, sur porto ils sont bien mieux ! Frankly, way below other motels of the same type. Little choice, poorly designed website with few details, little originality in the rooms. I'm coming, what room do you want they ask for? I take one thinking I made the right choice, bad luck bad choice ... I call the reception directly without touching anything (except the phone) Answer: the hotel is full there are no more rooms, take me for a con too! Filled up in 5 minutes ... we therefore keep the "agua" room, small with a corner bathtub from Bricodepot as a jacuzzi and not even an armchair! ... in short, in port, they are much better!
