Negativo: acceso un poco complicado, ambiente del barrio(aunque te acostumbras)baño minúsculo y faltan tenedores y cuchillos... Positive: central, nice apartment and very good attention from the owner at all times ... La gentilissima proprietaria, che vive nello stesso edificio dove sono situati gli appartamenti, è disponibile per ogni eventuale richiesta o informazione. C'è un WiFi con ottima ricezione. Inoltre, la posizione è ideale per visitare la città. Vicinissimi al Rossio , vero cuore di Lisbona, alla fermata del metrò Martim Moniz e del famoso tram 28, da qui si possono raggiungere comodamente tutti i punti della città. Il vicino mercato di piazza della Figuera permette, a chi non vuole servirsi dei numerosi ristoranti della zona, di fornirsi di tutto ciò che occorre per un perfetto soggiorno. The very kind owner, who lives in the same building where the apartments are located, is available for any request or information. There is a WiFi with excellent reception. In addition, the location is ideal for visiting the city. Very close to Rossio, the real heart of Lisbon, to the Martim Moniz metro stop and the famous tram 28, you can easily reach all points of the city from here. The nearby market in Piazza della Figuera allows those who do not want to use the numerous restaurants in the area to supply themselves with everything needed for a perfect stay.

Es pequeño, con la cocina y la cama juntas, pero para poco tiempo está bien ya que no utilizarás la cocina. Muy bien situado en una zona céntrica y con parada de tranvía y metro al lado, aunque se puede ir andando a todos lados. Es cierto que puede dar un poco de miedo la zona por la noche, pero luego no pasa nada. The apartment is fine for a short stay. It is small, with the kitchen and the bed together, but for a short time it is fine since you will not use the kitchen. Very well located in a central area with tram and metro stop next door, although you can walk everywhere. It is true that the area can be a bit scary at night, but then nothing happens.

Es hat alles super geklappt + Heizung/Klima funktioniert + Trotz der guten Lage realtiv Ruhig - Komische Leute in der nähe des Hauseinganges Wir wurden öfters gefragt ob wir Drogen kaufen möchten. - Bad/Küche/Schlafzimmer in einem Raum - keine Privatsphäre!! - Dusche bzw. Badezimmer hat uns nicht gefallen. + Good location in the city center + friendly and good service. Everything went great + Heating / air conditioning works + Quite quiet despite the good location - Funny people near the house entrance We were often asked if we wanted to buy drugs. - Bathroom / kitchen / bedroom in one room - no privacy !! - We didn't like the shower or bathroom.

Nao aconselho! Pessoa desleal e nao cumpridora do acordo do booking visto que nos fomos embora por nao contar com as leis e as devidas precauções contra o covid-19! Uma estafa The worst place we've been! We went in October 2021! And the apartment was dirty! He forced us to pay for one night without even leaving our bags in the apartment! I do not advise! Disloyal person and not abiding by the booking agreement since we left for not having the laws and precautions against covid-19! a strain
