★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Encomenda efectuada a 26 de Novembro 2021, recebo no próprio dia um email a dizer que alguns artigos estavam disponíveis, outros apenas no prazo de uma a duas semana e outro em "meados de dezembro".
Os artigos em stock foram enviados, os outros enfim, à data de hoje dia 7 de fevereiro 2022 ainda não apareceram, todas as semanas pergunto e todas as semanas chegam na semana seguinte, e alegadamente o fornecedor é que não cumpre os prazos, neste caso a philips.
Como um prazo original de atraso de entrega previsto de duas semanas se transforma em quase 4 meses de espera pela entrega (até ao momento) é algo que não compreendo.
Dia 08/02/2022 o último artigo foi finalmente enviado, mas para uma morada errada, portanto continuo à espera...
Order placed on November 26, 2021, I receive an email the same day saying that some items were available, others only within one to two weeks and another in "mid-December".
The items in stock were sent, the others finally, as of today, February 7th, 2022 have not yet appeared, every week I ask and every week they arrive the following week, and allegedly the supplier is not meeting the deadlines, in this case to philips.
How an original estimated delivery delay of two weeks turns into almost 4 months of waiting for delivery (so far) is something I don't understand.
On 08/02/2022 the last item was finally sent, but to the wrong address, so I'm still waiting...
