We were lucky enough to not have encountered any smokers. Food was pretty great and service was friendly too. at the beginning of the meal they’ll set down a few nibbling plates, feel free to send them back if you don’t want them, otherwise you’ll be charged for them. We liked three dishes in particular: 1. Chorizo - for the drama. It’s quite salty so you’ll need the bread. 2. Octopus - light and well balanced 3. Cod fritter - crispy on the outside, fluffy and creamy on the inside

We waited for almost an hour for our food to arrive, and keeping in mind we were sitting outside (because inside was fully booked), we got quite impatient and cold. Seeing people that sat down after us being served first also didn't help. We ordered 4 different tapas and 3 of them were just plain bad (creamy cod fish bake was delicious though). Right after eating we asked for the check and because the waiter was extremely busy flirting with two girls he only remembered us about half an hour later. Sadly, it was quite a bad experience for us. Would not recommend to anyone. Also the bathroom was a mess. Edit: they only accept cash. For a restaurant this popular it's very inconvenient and quite sketchy. Do better guys

Interesting decor, terrible food - I've had better microwave meals. You'll eat much much higher standard in the restaurants in the area for effectively the same price. Avoid!

Good place for some tapas style Portuguese food. Service was prompt and most dishes were of decent quality. However some dishes were not very good at all. That just isn't my opinion but of those of the Portuguese people I was there with. Overall still a good place to experience Portuguese food in this style and to have a good night out in Porto.

Ordered 2 croquettes, waited 40 (!) minutes and never got my croquettes even though we asked the waiters twice about it. After understanding that no croquettes will be served tonight we asked for the bill and left hungry to find another place to eat. Pretty sad experience - not sure what is the reason for this bad service.

Lovely spot the eat on a great night. The bacelhau was remarkable, the Mushroom with the Ham were a very Nice complementary Side dish. The Franceshina was underwhelming: sauce was too blend, Meat too boring. However, the Inside is Beautiful and the service is Below average because they didn't pick up the plates. And they never have the apple pie Unfortuniatly.

Fun small bar and restaurant in Porto with a decent selection of food. Opens till late 2am these days when almost everything else is closed.

For sure the best place where we ate in Porto! A friend that lived in the city for a while brought us here and we couldn’t have been more happy! Typical restaurant with delicious and wonderful tapas. A place where many locals come. The atmosphere is great and the location is very curious and dark, in fact there are candles everywhere! The quality of food is definitely superior, bacalao was tasty in every version! I had great memories about this place! Definitely recommended, I’ll come back for sure next time!
