★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought Mitsubishi air-conditioners for my whole house from my Martins friends. Around euro 10.000 on the whole. Some of them are still on warranty. Every time I was calling Martins Sr. and was telling him I want to buy several new ones (I was replacing them gradually, not buying for the whole house all together), the very next day he was standing with a catalogue in front of my door. And 2 days after Martins Jr. was already delivering all stuff and installing them. Very efficient indeed.
But now if I have a problem with one of my A/C or just want to make maintenance, I can call them as many times as I want. "We will call you and come next Tuesday" - Martins Sr. normally says. Nothing happens either on Tuesday or any other day. "Ep-pa!!" - he says next time, - "I forgot. I will write it down right now and we will come tomorrow". And nothing happens again - ever. Typical Algarvian way of doing business.
Don't buy anything from these people, if you don't want to be left alone with your appliances right after you paid to Martins family for them.
