p	paul gilliland on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed here for a few nights recently and if i am ever back in Porto , i would absolutely consider NH Porto Batalha again. Keep in mind NH Group has several properties in the same neighbourhoods , often next door or across the street from each other .The rooms in this hotel are relatively large by euro standards the mattreses are comfortable and the air conditioning works well , unlike a lot of other hotels i stayed at. Its super centrally located on Rue Santa Catarina and the Porto Metro .I'm going to give a special mention about Sara Oliveira , guest relations manager at this property . She is very helpfull and more importantly she gets things done , no fuss or otherwise.

B	Beverly (Beverly) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved this hotel, very comfortable, excellent location, and the staff was very helpful. The room was small, but not a problem for me. Very clean and chic. There are so many things to do in Porto and most of what I wanted to do was within walking distance. The hop on to off bus is right on the corner about 50 feet from hotel. The only place I wanted to visit that was far was the music center (casa da music). I did the 4pm English tour. I just took a taxi. I got turned around in town a couple of times, but there were tourist information booths everywhere. Slippers are complimentary, check with stay before taking.
C	Clay Hackett on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is great. The staff is friendly and enthusiastic, the rooms are very clean and contemporary, and the restaurant is surprisingly good. If you have a platinum amex card, you get some nice extra perks too. Worth staying here!
