★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apesar de ter consumos para mais de um ano esta empresa pediu-me a devolução da máquina quando parei de fazer encomendas. Foram intrometidos ao pedirem-me satisfaçoes sobre o declinio de consumo e exigiram a entrega da máquina. Lamentável situação que acresce com a falta de qualidade das máquinas ( que estão sempre a avariar) e com os funcionários como a d. Júlia com falta de profissionalismo.
Despite having consumed for more than a year this company asked me to return the machine when I stopped ordering. They were meddlesome in asking me about the declining consumption and demanded delivery of the machine. Unfortunate situation added with the lack of quality of the machines (which are always failing) and with the staff like the d. Julia with lack of professionalism.

Fake company just want money and then threaten to come get the machine, used machines from other people this company is not recommended, yesterday they almost voted me down the door because of the machine bunch of pimps and thieves so they took the machine TO CLEAN AND DELIVER TO ANOTHER CUSTOMER...
