Estivemos hoje na agência 103 para a conversão do táx free e a atendente informou que não faziam a conversão de compras da loja El Corte Inglês e que somente a loja do Centro Comercial Colombo (55)poderia realizar. Como tínhamos outras notas a atendente sugeriu que fôssemos a loja 55. Nos deslocamos 6 km e ao chegar na loja o funcionário informou que não faziam. Solicitamos que ligasse para a loja que nos deu a informação e o mesmo informou que a funcionária desmentiu . Péssimo atendimento ao turista.
Bad experience. Today we were at agency 103 for the conversion of the free taxi and the attendant informed that they did not convert purchases from the El Corte Inglês store and that only the Colombo Shopping Center store (55) could do it. As we had other notes, the attendant suggested that we go to store 55. We moved 6 km and when arriving at the store the employee informed us that they didn't do it. We asked him to call the store that gave us the information and he said that the employee denied it. Poor service to tourists.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice service with a smile but then they pull out the long knives with insane commissions… seriously insane. If you have the option, avoid and go change your currency at the Portugese National bank.
