★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheguei ao local às 12:25 e mal entrei a funcionária que estava a atender uma cliente me disse que não poderia me atender pois às 12:30 sairia para o almoço. Entendi que era a única colaboradora presente no estabelecimento e devia estar com muita fome, a coitadinha, pois mandar um cliente embora antes mesmo que este abrisse a boca além de uma estupidez comercial é uma grosseria extrema! Constrangimento como esse poderia ser evitado se a empresa simplesmente alterasse seus horários de funcionamento no Google, informando aos clientes que encerram na hora do almoço evitando, assim, o trabalho e a perda de tempo.

I understood that she was the only employee present at the establishment and she must have been very hungry, the poor thing, because sending a customer away before he even opened his mouth, in addition to commercial stupidity, is extreme rudeness! Embarrassment like this could be avoided if the company simply changed its hours of operation at Google, informing customers that it closes at lunch, thus avoiding work and wasting time.
