★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inquired about a watch. Price was agreed upon and then I asked for photo of certificate. Gilberto responded that I should trust him since he says he has it. Then told me he in fact cannot send to the US because crocodile leather strap won't pass customs. Shouldn't be much of an issue since its factory original and likely CITES compliant. Beware. Other reviews online suggest similar interactions such as refusal to uphold promised warranty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my money for a Breitling, issued me with a two yr in house warranty, watch stopped after wearing 5 times.
Suddenly unable to speak english, and wont accept the parcel when i sent it back for the repair he said he would "look at"
Avoid this retailer.
Amendment. Finally accepted and repaired watch only for it fail again soon after.
When I mailed they denied it was a two year warranty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have never dealt with a seller like this in 20 years and speaking to hundreds of watch dealers. Extremely rude when I politely enquired about a watch and when negotiating on price, was very rude and decided to increase the price. Then proceeds to tell me why I am wrong!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never come across someone so arrogant and rude as Gilberto. Broken English but what an attitude! Avoid at all costs! PS: It was never about the price, see screen shot below. Gilberto had advertised that the watch was recently serviced and I wanted to know whether it was done by Lange & Söhne in which case I would have also paid the price. But as you can see from the conversation below: he turned very personal and insulting immediately. And don't be fooled by the many positive and very similar sounding reviews that suddenly appeared here last week. Scroll down for the real experience.
