Adicionam à fatura tratamentos que não foram realizados de forma a conseguirem meter mais no bolso... e quando questionados só arranjam desculpas, assim vão buscar do nosso dinheiro e do seguro!! Cheguei as 9h com o meu filho com dor, disse a dra que só o poderia ver ás 15h, com a sala sem pacientes á espera. Quando estava o dr João , este atendimento irresponsável não existia. Já agora desejo-lhe rápida recuperação e regresso, para ver se ainda consegue salvar a clínica. I do not recommend. Total insensitivity to patients. I arrived at 9 am with my son in pain, the doctor said that I could only see him at 3 pm, with the room without patients waiting. When Dr João was there, this irresponsible service did not exist. By the way, I wish you a speedy recovery and return, to see if you can still save the clinic.
