O facto de a gerência ter mudado para esta nova empresa, foi uma possibilidade de melhoria, o que nos demonstrou que a mudança pode e foi muito,mas muito positiva! O gestor actual é bastante competente, resolve problemas possíveis de resolver cria soluções, é simpático e veio a trazer uma nova gestão do nosso condomínio!
