★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sendo uma operadora nunca se espera um bom atendimento ao público, aqui não é excepção. 3 pessoas em balcão e apenas 1 a atender, eram cerca das 15h num sábado (fechava as 15.30h).
O que me pareceu ser o gerente ou o supervisor de turno passados 15min de espera, teve a sensibilidade de me questionar ao que ia, ainda assim, disse que estava fora do horário e não podia ajudar, apenas a única pessoa que estava a atender. (?)
Being an operator you never expect a good service to the public, here is no exception. 3 people at the counter and only 1 attending, it was around 3pm on a Saturday (it closed at 3.30pm).
What seemed to me to be the manager or shift supervisor after 15 minutes of waiting, he had the sensitivity to ask me what I was going to, even so, he said he was out of hours and couldn't help, just the only person who was attending. (?)

They ported my Vodafone number and now they say it was a mistake and the number is not with them or with Vodafone. I lost a number that wore +15 years. Don't risk it.
