★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuidado com esta gente. Esta empresa tem pessoas que não têm caráter, são irresponsáveis e sem qualquer tipo de escrúpulos. No pretérito dia 4 de Janeiro 2018, apalavraram um arrendamento de umfeliz apartamento em Ouressa. No dia 13 de Janeiro confirmaram o mesmo no local, no dia 15, entreguei a documentação para a elaboração do respectivo contrato de arrendamento, foi marcado para hoje dia 17 às 14.30h a assinatura do mesmo. Quando cheguei ao local ( escritório } para assinar o mesmo com o fiador, não só fui convidado a sair do escritório como me foi dito que não existia nenhum contrato comigo. Isto tudo depois de ter avisado o meu anterior senhorio que iria abandonar o actual apartamento.Isto é em minha opinião inqualificável, o que esta Sra. Ana Sofia fez. Por isso muita atenção com esta gente sem cara.
 Beware of these people. This company has people who have no character, are irresponsible and without any kind of scruples. On the past day of January 4, 2018, they considered a lease for a happy apartment in Ouressa. On the 13th of January confirmed the same on the spot, on the 15th, I delivered the documentation for the preparation of the respective lease, was scheduled for today at 17:30 at 14.30h the signing of it. When I arrived at the place (office} to sign the same with the guarantor, not only was I asked to leave the office but I was told that there was no contract with me. This was after I warned my previous landlord that I was leaving the current apartment "This is, in my opinion, unqualified, what this Mrs. Ana Sofia did. So a lot of attention with these faceless people."
