★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Started a nutrition course with Amelia and through some personal coaching it felt much easier than I thought and it just works great...cravings gone after 1 to 2 weeks and with intermittent fasting I'll never go back ......this should be a way of life for everybody thanks a mil !!
