@OGambuzino | Linktree - Linktr.ee

This depends on two things. If your priority is click-throughs and conversion, we recommend having 3-7 links on your Linktree at once (based on our most successful creators). Including too many options for your visitors slows down their course of action.

That said: for certain creators whose priority is display, education and showcasing (e.g. a record label with a library of new releases to promote, or a management company looking to showcase their full roster of clients), including more than seven links fulfils their purpose perfectly.

You can use features on Linktree to add subheadings, sections, animation and other prioritisation methods to your links – so no matter how many things you’ve got to share, you can drive your visitors to what’s most important, first.

So glad we tried this place, one of the best meal we had in Lisboa. Korean vegan Bibimbap was packed with favor, we also had the burrito bowl & sweet potato fries, both excellent & we can see the chefs putting so much effort in the dishes. Love to visit there again & highly recommended for vegan or even non-vegan!

It wasn’t my first time at this place but I loved it even more than first time I went. Every single dish we tried was amazing. The service was also espectacular and we have a lovely time for dinner. Burrito bowl was probably my favourite, but tofu was made with love too. Picture of the scalops below

Excellent. No matter if you’re vegan or not, this place has nothing to be left on the table — food is outstanding, and so is the dessert. It tastes like regular food, you’d have never imagined there’s no meat included. And service is outstanding.

The best vegan restaurant I have ever been to, period. I started my journey with a Margarida, an amazing cocktail with just the right amount of sweetness and foamy texture of aquafaba on top. I asked the sweet potato tempura with poppy seed alioli but I could have gone without it. Don't get me wrong: it was delicious, but it didn't have the WOW factor the other things I ordered had. The vieiras are a must at O Gambuzino, as a vegan of 2 years, I missed that seafood consistency and it blew me away. The flavor combination with the pea purée and the lemon foam was mind-blowing and it keeps you wanting more. Do not hesitate to order it. I could have stopped at that and my review would have been 5 stars already, but I decided to be super extra and I also ordered bibimbap. I had tried the vegetarian version at Korean restaurants, so I had an idea about what to expect. What arrived was beyond my expectations: that egg yollk was sooo close to the original, I really think it can fool many egg-eaters on the regular. Another thing I really liked was that each "portion" of the dish was perfectly seasoned, nothing seemed like just a filler. I could taste sweet, spicy, sour and savory at the same time. I wasn't hungy anymore, but I ate the entire dish because of its delicious flavor. Of course, the levels of hunger have nothing to do with ordering dessert, so I asked the cheesecake and, once again, I was completely surprised and marveled. I really loved that the dough wasn't terribly sweet (which is something that usually happens to vegan cheesecake, due to the excess of dates) and it was a perfect match with the almond cream cheese and the miso salted caramel. OMG, miso brought such an umami flavor and depth that I appreciated a lot. The size of the dessert is just about right and let me tell you about that sesame seed crunchy textures on top: incredible. I would go back instantly if I could. With this incredibly (and even price-convenient) dinner, O Gambuzino has become my favorite restaurant of all time. If you're a local or just visiting Portugal, please do yourself a favor and try their delicious treats. You will not be disappointed.

Overall, really good food. We sat outside, and once it got dark, there was limited lighting, so we were not able to see our food that well. The appetizers were delicious, and they do have more options than the other vegan restaurant. They "open" at 5:30 but don't actually sit until about 6. You can get drinks outside if you show up early.

Unfortunately quite disappointing and did not live up to the hype. We only had a few days in Lisbon and chose to have dinner one of these evenings at O Gambuzino. We were hungry and really looking forward to the food mentioned in previous reviews. We ordered the scallops to start and they were really disappointing. You could tell care had been put into the ingredient selection and assembly but it just tasted like a salty chewy mushroom stem. For mains we ordered a burrito bowl and bibimbap. The bibimap had a garlicky kimchi and a vegan egg which was cool. The burrito bowl had lots of elements but was very dry. Both were okay/nice but still slightly disappointing. After all of this I still thought the miso cheesecake would be worth ordering and it was the biggest letdown!! The cheesecake itself had a really odd taste and we didn’t have more than a couple of bites. The toffee sauce and sesame cracker were nice but the cheesecake really ruined it. Our spoon handles were also very sticky so then our hands were sticky. The margarita and beer were probably the highlight of the meal. Unfortunately we had to ask for water 3 times and were then charged €1.60 for it (I thought tap water is free here but I could be mistaken). The atmosphere was busy with low lighting. Our table was about 10cm from the next table so it just felt like we were on a double date with people we didn’t know which was very awkward. I was really disappointed with this meal and honestly can’t understand why the other reviews rate it so highly. It unfortunately felt like a waste of an evening and a waste of money.

Scrumptious and creative plant based cuisine made with love - highly recommend! Every one of the four dishes we had was superb, particularly the burger and the cheesecake. The homemade kombucha is delicious too. Extremely impressed!!
