O funcionário da empresa se sentiu incomodado por uma governanta estar a supervisionar-lhe o trabalho e ficou mandando bocas dentro da casa , molhou e sujou todo o chão , deixou o sofá encharcado . Não teve respeito e tampouco educação , antiprofissional é grosseiro My first service was excellent, the second service was terrible. The company employee felt uncomfortable because a governess was supervising his work and kept sending mouths inside the house, wet and dirty all over the floor, leaving the sofa soaking wet. There was no respect and no education, unprofessional is rude

We hired the services of O Janota to clean five rugs and a sofa with a chaiselongue. O sofá então, ficou cheiroso e muito limpo. Super recomendo! Wonderful service, my sofa was like new and so was my bed. My bed had yellow urine stains, and it turned white, like new. The sofa was then fragrant and very clean. I highly recommend!
R	Richard Zatko on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid at any cost! Our 8 weeks old puppy had several accidents on our carpets while potty training. Hence carpets ended up yellowish and stinky, and we were undecided if we should throw them away or to clean them. Janota assured us they can clean it, saying that sometimes if it’s clean just for like 80% after the first visit, they come again for free and clean it so it’s 100%. And here is how it went: 1. Two cleaning happened and carpets were left dirty and stink the same (pictures attached) 2. We scheduled the cleaning for 4 PM. Guy came 5:20 PM! Like if we have the whole day waiting for someone to come to do their job. 3. Guy tried convincing us that it smells just fine (the smell of urine inside the carpet and yellow spots smell/look fine for him!). In the end, he cleaned it all, and the result can be seen in my photo attached. 4. I requested a full refund as a exchange for not leaving this review, and they gave us 50%. We ended up throwing carpets away and lost money and time on this. I don’t recommend.
