It started well, the service and starters were ok, when the main course arrived, both of them were not so amazing, but we really had to send one back as it was soaked in an oversalted sauce. Initially my wife has been polite and just said it was not her taste, while I said it was over salted. The waiter asked to confirm that it wasn't my wife's taste and therefore she would have to pay for it, although we have eaten only a fork each from the dish, they were other guests around, we were having a important business lunch, we avoided the fight, although not happy.
I decided to post that review for the fact that for the following 30 minutes, the staff kept apologising everytime they touched the table. It is really bad to use these words when an action would go a long way. Do not apologise 10 times for charging me 20 euros for a dish that was really bad. Or you charge me all, keep your head high and move on or you apologise and you do something hospitable.
It put 4 stars, to not affect the score but it is definitely a 1.

The steak wasn't tasty, missing the grilling flavour and the chips were too oily.
House fruit juice too expensive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just had a dreadful pad Thai at O Poke. I have ordered it before and it was wonderful but today it was drowned is tons of sticky sweet sauce which completely ruined the well cooked shrimp.
I usually do not like food courts but the one at El Corte Ingles started out well. Sad this experience will make me reluctant to return. Certainly not worth the price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overpriced (17 euro) poké bowl with weird ingredients and presentation. Also way too big chunky salmon pieces and no sauce. And very small size. Very disappointing unfortunately, especially for the price. I couldn’t even finish it.
Service was lukewarm and unengaged.

The foods were served very late and were not good at all. overprice for this level of foods.

Today was a bonding day with my son, so we chose Poke from Chef Kiko for that.
Amazing place to experience a reaction of all taste buds on your month. The smell and the senses that invade the pace are amazing, they transport you to Brazil with a Picanha and to Thailand with Thai Pad, or to Mexico with Ceviche. I suggest and recommend you seat at the bar, you can see the kitchen working with passion and professionalism.
The staff is friendly and very professional.
Simply as a foodie I highly recommend it. A place to return for sure, to activate my taste bud, and sensorial experience.
