The second time I also pre order over the phone and when arrived pull a ticket from the pre order machine and waited for my turn. They never call my number. When one person that had arrived after me was called, I ask them when they were going to call the pre order line. When I asked that they were very rude and the lady that serves the food even make a joke if I had blue blood to get special treatment. About the food.. Is okay but always cold.
A	Anne Preece on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst meal we have ever had in Portugal?? My husband and I have been pass g this restaurant for the last year. Every time we passed it, we said"we really must try it out" Well tonight was the night, but boy, what a disappointment!!! The menu has very little choice. We had the usual covert which turned out to be the best part of the meal. Lovely bread, very bitter olives and one salmon paste. The waiters were lovely. On the recommendations we ordered the pork with pineapple accompanied by potatoes and vegetables. When the meal arrived, it was the usual chips and salad piled in the plate. The salad of lettucr, tomato and chopped onion was swimming in the oil and fat of ghe meat. The pineapple ( 1.5 thin slices) was charged and tinned. I ate some of mine and then disaster, I cut into a piece of pork and it was red, not only red, but had blood clots in it. That was the end of my meal. My husband's was slightly better but also his last piece of meat was red. When the waiter came to clear the table, I complained to him. He took the offending plates away and when he returned, He advised he had told the owner that we were unhappy.The waiter advised us to reiterate to the owner when we paid the bill. This we did, to no avail. The owner claimed not to understand English (having being told by waiter that he does). We called the waiter and asked for his help to explain. The owner continued to be totally disinterested. On the end we just paid the bill and left. This was our worst experience in 20 yrs of coming to Portugal. Avoid???????
C	Catherine Preston on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just had our first takeaway of the lockdown. Absolutely brilliant. Chicken piri piri with chips, rice and salad. Arrived on time, piping hot. Definitely having another very soon. Highly recommended.

Inside very hot the airco was on a other waiter said I don't know where but not inside. Food only the chicken was warm and good the fries half raw and cold the salade from a day before I think looks dead with dry black spots. When some people came in and where very rude a waiter jump around do all for this customers while others waiting for a while had to wait longer. Think the employers are under a lot of pressure, when we complain at the desk later on they where not giving the impression they care. Very sad we had to drive for 300more km so a good diner had be nice but instead frustration and bad food

Prices are still very affordable, quality is very good and acceptable/nice staff. Deserves a visit for a quick cheap meal. Try the tuna belly with sweet potatoes, but everything is very good.
