 With these stores, as with everything in the construction area, you can't be too careful. We pay soon. If we do, it takes days to process the payment.

I strongly not recommend these guys, beware!
Only buy the material (but detail the order as much as possible), and don’t use their “installation service”. The workers don’t know the job (Obras 360 ask third companies to do the installations, in my case it was KeepOn), they did various mistakes in “pré-visitas” and couldn’t finish the job well. It took more than 2 months after the basic conditions were presented (water, electricity and gas + the solar panel + esquentador de gás) to place a day of installation. Then they almost did a flood in the kitchen, because of the lack of the attention of one of the workers.. Unprofessional, shame on OBRAS 360!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Didn't provide contract with 6 year warranty required by law (which I didn't know at the time) for 2 systems I purchased, system failed after less than 2 years and they provided absolutely no support of any kind. Find a professional company instead. These people are amateurs only available to take your money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been treated in a very diminishing way by the receptionist or what ever she is. Apparently normal people have to be treated not as good as Business people. She established an argumentative discussion. We are planning to open up a business soon but would most likely not go back here. Shame that one person can ruin a companies image that much.
The guys who helped my husband loading the car are amazing! This needs to be said.
