★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely staff and the facilities are good. The room was spacious and clean. However, we would have expected to have free WiFi and maybe because out of season, sauna and steam room were closed and door from outdoor pool to indoor pool was shut.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was nice but basic. I booked a room for three people and they tried putting us in a studio room with two beds. So they changed it and had us moved after I told them that wouldn't suit.
Gym and in door pool is closed due c19. Also the inside bar was closed. Everyone was nice but it is basic

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great. A well equipped kitchen so breakfast easily sorted. A fridge to cool your drinks and freeze ice blocks for your cool bag when travelling in the day. Spacious room with balcony that overlooks the pool. Would readily stay again without looking elsewhere

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing service from all staff after having issues with alpharooms having not booked our room after paying in full, the staff ensured we had a room for the night until we had responses from the agents. They went above and beyond to help us contact them and sort the issue. Pool staff were also all so lovely and helpful! We would 100% return. Rooms were perfect and kept so well with a full kitchen too.
