★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dia 19 hora 20:12 . Sozinhos a escolher óculos para a minha filha . Inclusive sentados na secretaria de atendimento tirando fotos para perceber quais a minha filha mais gostaria . O senhor funcionário ao balcão nunca se aproximou de nós , apenas focado no seu importante computador . Depois de uns bons 10 minutos levantámo-nos , fomos embora , mas sem antes agradecer a ajuda prestada .... assim se perdem clientes .
 Day 19 hour 20:12. Alone choosing glasses for my daughter. Even sitting at the front desk taking pictures to figure out which one my daughter would most like. The desk clerk never approached us, just focused on his important computer. After a good 10 minutes we got up, we left, but without first thanking you for your help .... so you lose customers.
