★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma vergonha de atendimento.No sábado marquei duas consultas para as minhas filhas (ambas menores)para segunda-feira para depois das 18.00 para poder estar presente com elas. Chegaram à loja antes de mim e a Dra. Fez-lhes a consulta às duas em 10 minutos e sem um responsável por elas estar presente. Cheguei as 18.08 e as miúdas estavam fora da loja. Mas que raio de atendimento é este em que atendem duas menores sem estar presente o responsável legal? Questionei a situação e como resposta é que achou que a mais velha era maior de idade. Mas que pressa em atender a despachar as clientes. Nunca mais volto a está loja. Já em tempos tinham tido um atendimento vergonhoso com o meu pai mas deu o benefício da dúvida mas agora foi demais. Não recomendo a ninguém inclusive quando chamamos as funcionárias para esclarecer a situação elas desaparecem.
A shame of attendance. On Saturday I made two appointments for my daughters (both minors) for Monday after 18.00 to be able to be present with them. They arrived at the store before me and the doctor made their appointment at two in 10 minutes and without a person responsible for them being present. I arrived at 18.08 and the girls were out of the store. But what kind of assistance is this where two minors attend without the legal guardian being present? I questioned the situation and as an answer I thought that the oldest was of age. But what a hurry to attend to dispatch customers. I'll never go back to this store. They had already had a shameful service with my father but it gave the benefit of the doubt but now it was too much. I do not recommend it to anyone even when we call the employees to clarify the situation, they disappear.
