★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente tenho de avisar os consumidores desta loja. Comprei um artigo que não era o artigo que eu procurava mas a D. Mariana quase que me obrigou a comprar um artigo no valor de 130 euros ao evidenciar as características do artigo e esquecendo algumas para que a compra se efectuasse. Liguei falei com a D. Rosa que me ameaçou porque eu disse que iria a loja apresentar a minha insatisfação.
Para conclusão, a responsável não quer nem ligar ao cliente nem recebê-lo para explicar o atendimento das empregadas e a não satisfação do artigo.
Tenham cuidado futuros consumidores.
Unfortunately I have to warn the consumers of this store. I bought an item that was not the item I was looking for, but D. Mariana almost forced me to buy an item worth 130 euros by highlighting the features of the item and forgetting some for the purchase to take place. I called and talked to D. Rosa who threatened me because I said that the store would present my dissatisfaction.
In conclusion, the responsible person neither wants to call the customer nor receive him to explain the service provided by the employees and the non-satisfaction of the article.
