5 * service, I bought my mattress here a year ago and it met my expectations very well. The service was excellent. Prices are diverse. The furniture is of good quality. I really recommend it. Very well located.

Very unprofessional, very rude to customers. She went to the store to try to solve a problem due to a delay and was greeted with screams by mr. José, exhumed and called a liar. Due to not knowing how to give me a date I asked for a refund and they refuse to return it
I don't recommend anything!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito antipáticos. Não quiseram vender-nos o que pedimos, apenas versões muito mais caras e com características diferentes. Acabamos por ir comprar um colchão a outra loja. O site podia ser melhorado, uma vez que só tem imagens difíceis de ver e não tem os preços.
Very unsympathetic. They didn't want to sell us what we asked for, just much more expensive versions with different characteristics. We ended up going to buy a mattress at another store. The site could be improved, as it only has images that are difficult to see and does not have prices.

Escrevi no livro de reclamações juntamente com mais algumas que ja lá estavam. PÉSSIMO. O que não falta aqui é lojas de colchões para quem quer que seja estar a perder tempo ali! VERGONHOSO!
I do not recommend this store to anyone, we were offended by the owners as soon as we entered for the terrible service provided. I wrote in the complaints book together with some others that were already there. TERRIBLE. There is no lack of mattress stores here for anyone wasting time there! SHAMEFUL!
