★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After seeing the all good reviews, I was quite excited to try their dry aged steak. All servers were attentive and friendly, but the steak was chewy and stringy. Unfortunately, I couldn’t swallow my first bite. I needed to trim my steak (The white parts in one of the photos are all gristles.) when I asked for black pepper, I shared a pepper mill with the kitchen so a server continued to ask me if they could take it back to the kitchen. French fries were mushy and lukewarm. It seems that they cooked potato first before deep frying. 70€ for this chewy steak is not worth to try. Not recommended.
